Dear Judge Lamberth:
It is my understanding that you have recently received presentments from Messrs. Carl Swensson and Mack Ellis representing the American Grand Jury which state that Mr. Barack Hussein Obama could be usurping the office of President of the United States.
Given the many questions surrounding Mr. Obama’s eligibility to the office, as a concerned citizen, I am requesting that you issue a subpoena and/or request a hearing to review the evidence and determine once and for all whether or not he is a “natural born citizen” as required by the U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section 1, (5).
Mr. Obama has freely admitted on his campaign website that his father was a British citizen at the time of his birth, which made Obama Jr. a dual citizen if he was born in the United States, which has not been verified. Can a dual citizen be president of the United States? Further complicating matters is Obama’s adoption by an Indonesian man and his apparent acquisition of citizenship of that country. There is no record that his Indonesian citizenship was ever renounced, nor will Mr. Obama provide any evidence thereof. In 1981, he traveled to Pakistan, where Americans were not admitted. On what nation’s passport did he travel?
Many foreign newspapers have printed articles stating unequivocally and openly that Barack Hussein Obama II was born in Mombasa, Kenya, on August 4, 1961. To date, not one hospital employee or records administrator in Hawaii has come forward to affirm that Obama was born there. One would think that the location of such an historic birth would be immediately recognized, as other presidential birthplaces have been. However, his relatives in Kenya claim he was born in that country, although the Kenyan government placed a gag order on them several months ago and they have not been heard from since.
If Mr. Obama is usurping the presidency by violating the Constitution, then the Constitution no longer stands. That means the protections which Americans believe they have, enumerated in the Bill of Rights as written by the Framers, are null and void. The rule of law is no more, and anarchy will become the norm. The president will become a dictator and the citizenry nothing but slaves.
I and millions of other informed citizens implore you to look at the facts and order discovery so that we may know whether or not the person in the White House is eligible to be there. If he is not, then he must be removed to defend our Constitution and freedoms. Other foreign-born persons have not been able to seek the presidency for that reason. Why would Mr. Obama be any different?
Thank you for your serious consideration of this very troubling matter. This is a constitutional crisis which must be resolved. To date, despite more than 50 lawsuits, no court has granted discovery, but I am hoping that you are a man of honor and will do so, for the survival of our nation.
