Interesting article.
A GOP official said, “Hillary Clinton’s campaign hypocrisy continues to know no bounds. It is rather unbelievable that Clinton would listen in to conversations being conducted by political opponents, but refuse to allow our intelligence agencies to listen in to conversations being conducted by terrorists as they plot and plan to kill us. Team Clinton can expect to see and hear this over and over again over the course of the next year.”
I am sure the excuse is that habeas corpus wasn't violated for those evil conservative plotters who were under surveillance.

wrong is wrong, no matter who does it to whom.
that's the way it works, isn't it, in terms of unwarranted surveillance?
IF she did it, it is just as wrong as it is when the government or any private individual or corporation [1] does it [2]. But let's make sure she did it before pronouncing judgment - where is the proof from her accusers?

[1] And corporations do this more often than you might think, from Google's g-mail scanning to the "savings club" cards that you now have to get so you won't be overcharged at the grocery store.
[2] Heinlein's question of "When is it moral for the government to do something that it owuld not be moral for an individual to do?" is apropos here.
